Established in 1988 by Ronald Beasley, the late father of current President Scott Beasley, Northern Lakes Insurance is proudly serving the communities of Syracuse and Fort Wayne. Ron worked for over 42 years in Wawasee Insurance until his passing in April 2007. He instituted the company by merging Wawasee Insurance and Cotton and Cotton Insurance. Ron always believed that one should always have good and personal relationships with clients and other insurance companies’ representatives.
